If this is your first time please be there 10-15 minutes early to fill out a client intake form.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the time remaining, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to provide professional services a 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice then you will be charged 50% of the amount of the scheduled service. This amount will need to be collected before any future appointments can be scheduled.

No-SHows

We do our best to help you remember your appointment with email confirmations and/or text reminders. Unfortunately, anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” The missed appointment costs the staff an opportunity to fill the time with another client and therefore cost them money. Missed appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service and will need to be collected before any future appointments can be scheduled.
