bicycling is a great workout and a great way to see a town.
After a great bike ride a massage helps the hip flexors, vastus, and gastroc muscles to relax and release get circulation flowing to the muscles that were flexing to move the bike. A massage is beneficial so a person will not be sore the next day from the strenuous workout or activity.
